Repairs

All devices we manufacture are designed for a long service life and can be repaired as long as replacement parts for defective components are still available.

We have often received devices for repair that were already 37+ years old and remained in use after the repair.

Please send us your defective devices, together with as precise a description of the fault as possible, for inspection/repair to our postal address. The more precise the fault description, the shorter the repair time usually is, and the lower the resulting costs.

On request, you can also receive a chargeable cost estimate after the inspection and before the repair. This cost will be credited towards the repair if it is carried out.

Unfortunately, we are unable to repair third-party devices.
